Brooks Scarpa Spalding Tougias Selected to Design Two New Garages for Convention Center Expansion

Quoting Jon Chesto of the Boston Globe: “The MCCA staff is expected to begin contract negotiations this month with a team consisting of Brooks + Scarpa of Los Angeles and Boston’s Spalding Tougias to design the two garages. The MCCA wants to build a 500-car garage on nearby land it owns on D Street, and a 1,000-car garage on E Street.”
